We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrated Producer to join our team at Walmart Creative Studio, the in-house creative agency for Walmart. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing large projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of creatives, designers, and account managers to deliver innovative marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life across various channels, including video, photography, animation, and digital media.
Responsibilities- Manage large-scale projects independently, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Bid, hire, and manage production partners for content projects, including shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital media.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects, collaborating closely with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to clarify requirements and use cases.
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and maintain a positive attitude throughout project execution.
- Work with legal and business teams to create contracts, secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
- Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience as a producer with expertise in video/motion, print, social, and advertising.
- 2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
- Extensive contacts in photography, video, and post industries.
- An online portfolio demonstrating experience creating great solutions across various production-related issues.
- Strong understanding of the post-production process and resources required to deliver projects across stills, video, animation, and digital media.
- Background working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, and direct experience working with designers, account managers, and project managers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to identify and mitigate risks on projects.
Prior experience in marketing/creative agencies or in-house roles, specifically in the marketing, retail, or e-commerce industry, would be beneficial.

- An annual salary range of $96,000.00-$186,000.00.
