Responsibilities
  • Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio RCP license.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. You may need to sit or stand for extended periods. You will be required to see in the normal visual range with or without correction and hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. You will need finger dexterity to operate office equipment and may need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.
