We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at Velocity Enterprises. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the installation, administration, and monitoring of our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Server/Services, MDM, VMware, VDI, and M365.

• Installation and configuration of IT infrastructure components
• Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance
• Support of standard software and first and second-level support for employees
• Participation in cross-departmental IT projects to drive business growth
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing
• Training of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively

• Completed training in IT system integration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT projects, particularly in the field of IT infrastructure
• Certifications such as MCITP or MCTS are advantageous
