Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in the installation and setup of home automation, audiovisual, and security systems.
  • Product Familiarity: Familiarity with product partners such as Lutron, Crestron, Savant, and Premium Audio and Video manufacturers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with no internal competition or conflict.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work various hours as required by the installation schedule.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and installing equipment.

  • Certifications: Certifications in relevant technologies and systems.
  • Networking and IT: Certifications in networking and IT.
  • Custom Home Experience: Experience with custom home and residential AV and Integrated Electronics systems integration.
