Key Responsibilities:
- Operate chemical compounding equipment to produce high-quality chemical compounds.
- Follow specific batch sheets and document all corresponding information throughout daily activities.
- Use specific measuring equipment to weigh out raw materials to the correct proportions.
- Safely handle and properly dispose of regulated waste, wastewater, hazardous materials, etc.
- Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to ensure correct amounts are used and correct percentages of finished materials.
- Perform QC checks on finished materials, in-process materials, and raw materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Mixing, blending, and compounding experience.
- Ability to follow strict SOPs and processes.
- Team collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
