Chief Operations Officer

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ISLA PRODUCE INC. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office management, with experience in inventory management, customer invoicing, payroll processing, and data entry.

We are seeking an experienced office manager to lead our team and oversee various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control
• Process customer invoices and ensure timely payment
• Oversee payroll processing and manage employee records
• Perform data entry tasks, including receivables and other administrative duties
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in office management, preferably with a background in inventory management and sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Sage accounting software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
