Work Schedule: This role operates on an on-call basis, with shifts determined by operational needs. More information will be provided during the interview process.
Experience Required: While 2 years of prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Position Overview:
The Event Catering Specialist is responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled events under the guidance of the catering captain. This role ensures the smooth execution of all events during their shift and may involve driving a catering delivery vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up all food and supplies for catered events at designated locations.
- Monitor and log food temperatures to ensure safety.
- Prepare tables and decorations as per event standards.
- Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to established guidelines.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous manner.
- Thoroughly clean the event area after the completion of the event.
- Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.
- Collect customer feedback through comment cards during catered functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering facility and equipment.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and available products.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures consistently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license may be required; candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by state law.
