Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of city council meetings, ordinances, and resolutions.
• Provide administrative support to the city council and other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding public records and open meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of state and local regulations regarding public records and open meetings.
Working Conditions:
This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The City Clerk must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary Range:
$131,931 - $141,324
