Job Title: Final Finish Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Final Finish Team Member to join our team at Biltwise Structures. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finish work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform finish work according to plans and specifications, including painting, drywall installation, cabinet installation, trim work, and clean-up.
  • Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, and other features.
  • Perform touch-up work to ensure that our modules are delivered in perfect condition, ready for installation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Clean units from top to bottom before they are wrapped for delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor issues before modules leave our site.
  • Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite.

Requirements:

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Able to use common hand tools and power tools.
  • Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
  • PPE and basic trade tools provided; all other tools are provided by Biltwise Structures.
  • Troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces.
