Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement solutions to improve workplace safety and advance the EHS program.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in EHS, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and program development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 per year.
