Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement solutions to improve workplace safety and advance the EHS program.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in EHS, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and program development.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
