Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity to provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions, assist with behavior assessments, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with educators and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral interventions and support to students in a school setting
  • Assist with behavior assessments and develop behavior plans
  • Collaborate with educators and other team members to ensure student success
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Certification as an RBT (for RBT positions) or relevant experience (for BT positions)
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student success and well-being
