Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for checking in guests, running daily reports, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the source of knowledge for our guests, helping them discover their Wanderlust experience and making meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
  • Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs
  • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
  • Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
  • Maintain house bank
  • Serve as manager on duty
  • Run daily audit reports
  • Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
  • Assist other departments as needed
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel setting. You should be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies, and be able to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $17.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
