Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced knowledge and leadership in managing complex patient issues, emphasizing staff development and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and apply specialty practice standards, staff development, regulatory compliance, and research to enhance the quality of care to patients and their families.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in the specialty area.
  • Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

$80,151.00 - $132,249.00 salary range.
