We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Hammer and Nails Grooming Shop for Guys. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and beard grooming services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform haircuts and beard grooming with precision and attention to detail.
- Recommend upgraded services and promote retail grooming products to increase sales.
- Stock and maintain stations according to shop procedures.
- Assist with washing and folding of linens as needed.
- Maintain and increase knowledge of all service offerings and new products through in-house instruction and continuing education courses.
- Proficiency in performing haircuts, head shaves, fades, and beard grooming.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technicians must be licensed and able to comply with all regulations per state guidelines.
- Able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
- Maintain professional tools in excellent working order.
- At least one year of professional experience in the field of providing barbering services.
Hammer and Nails Grooming Shop for Guys is a luxury grooming destination for men, offering a range of services including haircuts, beard grooming, manicures, pedicures, and more. Our goal is to provide a premium grooming experience that caters to the whole man, not just a quick haircut.
