Human Resource Manager

As a Human Resource Manager at Okanogan County Child Development Association, you will play a vital role in shaping the agency's culture and ensuring employees feel valued and empowered. This includes implementing strategic talent management practices, identifying high-potential employees, creating development opportunities, and implementing succession planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff with support from the HR Assistant.
  • Lead the creation of a culture that ensures employees feel valued and empowered.
  • Implement strategic talent management practices, identify high-potential employees, create development opportunities, and implement succession planning.
Requirements:
  • AA Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year direct supervisory experience.
  • Two years of professional experience working in public relations, personnel, hiring, and training; and/or a combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft applications and databases.
