About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a volunteer firefighter in Pasadena, Texas.

The ideal candidate will be 18 years of age or older and reside within 5 minutes from the closest fire station. A valid Texas driver's license and good driving record are also required.

Candidates must undergo a background investigation, physical examination, and agility course before being accepted into our training program.

Our 10-12 week training program includes classroom instruction and hands-on training in firefighting techniques, including hose handling, pump operations, emergency driving, and extinguisher use.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to your local fire station and provided with the necessary equipment to perform your duties as a firefighter.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
