Ice Cream Ambassador

We're seeking part-time Ice Cream Ambassadors to join our Dublin team at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC.

As a respected leader in the ice cream industry, we're devoted to making better ice creams and bringing people together. Our scoop shops are where we serve this mission by offering high-quality ice creams where people share joy and conversation.

Our Ice Cream Ambassadors lead shifts, scoop and serve ice cream to customers, run the register with cash management responsibilities, maintain shop cleanliness, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform other important tasks.

• Receive competitive compensation, estimated at $22.55 per hour*

*Estimated hourly earnings based on base pay rate and hourly tip average (2024)

• Exhibit passion for community, attention to detail, willingness to clean, stamina to serve in long lines, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to positively influence and lead a shift of ambassadors, upholding highest standards and providing support
• Resourceful and calm when challenges arise
• Great judgment, common sense, and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with what distinguishes Jeni's from other ice creams and able to articulate it to customers
• Available to work weekends, late nights past 11 p.m.
• Provide consistent, world-class service to every customer
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle for every shift
