Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to patients
  • Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment
  • Customize splint fabrication for patients
  • Perform and document initial exams, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis
  • Develop and guide plans of care to achieve maximum benefit
  • Evaluate the effects of treatment and adjust treatments as needed
Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
  • NY Occupational Therapy License or eligible
  • Minimum 1-2 years of practicing OT experience
