Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our team in Washington, DC. This role requires a strong background in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, as well as commercial refrigeration, boilers, and associated controls.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of applicable experience and hold a trade school or vocational high school degree in a related field. A Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia Journeyperson's HVAC License is also required.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Conduct readings and record data critical for operations, maintenance history, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve issues related to equipment performance and safety protocols.

Compensation Package:

  • A salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
