Physician Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Avita Health System. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop comprehensive plans of care for patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
- Administer various physical therapy modalities, including exercises, manual therapy, and education, to promote functional recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve shared goals.
- Conduct regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal progress and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current State of Ohio license as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS certification obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
This is a casual, as-needed position offering flexibility and autonomy. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
