Job Summary:

The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services is a key member of the interprofessional team, providing high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practice, with a focus on delivering evidence-based care to patients with complex needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilize advanced nursing skills, such as ACLS, independent rhythm interpretation, and administration of advanced lifesaving medications
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assume responsibility for professional development
  • Float to other areas as needed to support operational needs
Requirements:
  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within 90 days of hire
  • At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
