POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing daily warehouse functions. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for overseeing workflow and ensuring that all activities align with company policies and efficiency goals. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will guide team members in their daily tasks to maintain an effective and productive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and streamline Fulfillment Center operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and order processing.
- Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff and assist in workforce planning.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities to ensure timely task completion.
- Act as a Safety Advocate, promoting safe practices and holding the team accountable for compliance.
- Ensure the safe operation of all warehouse equipment and participate in safety audits.
- Provide hands-on support in production tasks as needed.
- Drive adherence to quality and productivity standards to meet warehouse objectives.
- Propose improvements for processes, employee morale, safety, and order accuracy to management.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding challenges and potential solutions.
- Train new and existing staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and functional.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a dynamic warehouse setting is essential.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect products and orders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time non-exempt role.
SCHEDULE:
Sunday through Wednesday, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm.
SALARY:
$20 per hour.

This position is classified as safety-sensitive. All candidates receiving a conditional job offer must complete a drug test as part of the hiring process.
