  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Engage in clear, concise, and respectful communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

  • Stay Current with Continuing Education: Complete required continuing education, maintain current licensure and certification, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • License and Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or eligibility for multi-state compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience, with a strong background in nursing practice and leadership.
