Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the plant accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Supervise monthly financial closings and reconciliations, analyze production costs, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Coordinate physical inventory assessments, track fixed assets, and ensure that production activities are accurately represented in financial records.
  • Develop and implement systems and controls to maintain data accuracy and enhance the overall value of the organization.
  • Work closely with Plant Managers to effectively assess cost trends and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and safety protocols.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
  • Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • A strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a collaborative setting.
