Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with critical health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive professional image
- Working autonomously with meticulous attention to detail
- Creating a compassionate environment that upholds patient dignity
- Ensuring high standards of care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health challenges
- Assessing and evaluating all patient care provided
- Adapting to a flexible schedule that may include early starts, late finishes, weekends, and holidays
- Exemplifying professionalism and empathy within the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervised nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification through the AHA
- ACLS certification through the AHA
- Active RN License through the California Board of Registered Nursing
Work Environment:
This position is set in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients requiring intensive care.
