Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Technician - Inpatient Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist our registered nurses in providing high-quality patient care. This will include assisting with daily living needs, documenting patient information, obtaining vital signs, and performing other tasks as directed by the RN. You will also have the opportunity to work with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or be a nursing student with completed clinical rotations. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred but not required. If you do not have a CNA license, we can provide education and certification within six months of start date.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
