Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Morristown, Vermont. As a Ventilator Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ventilator support and management to patients with respiratory distress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) licensure
- 1 year of experience in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of ventilator therapy and management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation Package
The pay package for this position includes:
  • Competitive hourly rate based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week
  • Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
