Ridge Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our team in a job shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with close tolerance dimensions, inspecting parts, and optimizing production processes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and parts lists. A working knowledge of various metal types and applications is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation Monitoring: Ensure machines are working properly by monitoring gauges, dials, and other indicators.
  • Operation and Control: Control the operation of equipment and systems.
  • Monitoring: Assess performance and make improvements or take corrective action.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Seven years of experience as a fabricator capable of producing close tolerance precision machined parts and assemblies.
  • Strong math skills and ability to read and interpret drawings and parts lists.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of various metal types and applications.
