Patient Care Specialist - Music Therapist

We are recruiting a highly skilled Music Therapist to join our Hospice team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide music therapy services to patients and their families, while promoting a culture of compassion and empathy.


About the Job:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy, as well as Board Certification as a Music Therapist (MT-BC). You will work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that each individual receives personalized support.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide music therapy services to patients and their families
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and family members
