Optical Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Eye Care Advisor to join our team at LensCrafters. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
• Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision needs and budget
• Perform pre-examination testing and explain measurements and results to patients
• Provide coaching and guidance to patients on contact lens care and handling
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and ensure visual displays meet company standards

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and computer

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
