Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at the Powell - Wahweap Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain all assigned areas, including corridors, rooms, and public spaces, in a clean, neat, and sanitary condition.
• Inspect and use judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques and methods.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment as needed.
• Dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials in accordance with universal precautions.
• Ensure all chemicals are accurately labeled, and equipment is in good working condition.
• Promote effective interpersonal relationships and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands and priorities.
