Job Title: Crew Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support theatre operations to achieve AMC's guest, associate, and financial goals.
  • Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and training.
  • Collaborate with theatre staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Assist with guest service, including resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Age 16 or older (location-specific age requirements may apply).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
