Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist DSP to join our team at Sunrise Enterprises of Roseburg, Inc. As a Receptionist DSP, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and clerical assistance to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone calls, provide general information, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Wait on customers, employees, and trainees who come into the office.
  • Assist with photocopying and collating materials.
  • Use the computer for processing business correspondence, data entry into spreadsheets and databases, creating flyers and reports, and other material as delegated.
  • Coordinate and write up counter sales.
  • Assist with general office housekeeping on a rotating basis.
  • Inventory office supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Inventory safety supplies, log equipment sales, and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Notify supervisor well in advance if you need more materials to keep working.
  • Make sure all tools and/or machinery are operated in a safe manner.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations.
  • Exhibit sensitivity and respect for privacy and dignity of individuals.
  • Learn new skills/methods in an appropriate time frame.
  • Keep your work area in a clean safe condition.
  • Immediately notify supervisor of any safety hazard.
  • Exhibit good judgment in situations not specifically covered by agency policy and/or procedures.
  • Perform duties and complete tasks as requested by immediate supervisor in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Maintain agency records in a professional manner consistent with prescribed guidelines and expectations.
  • Do not exceed responsibility/authority that has been delegated by the supervisor.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings.
  • Submit time sheet and other required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • All other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma. (Or acceptable combination of education and experience).
  • Two years' verifiable work record working with spreadsheets, databases, desktop publishing, and word processing.
  • Excellent telephone/customer service personality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be dependable and maintain a good attendance record.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and must be insurable by Sunrise insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to pass criminal history check may include fingerprints.
  • Pass a drug screening including marijuana/THC.
  • Must be able to follow directions and work both independently and in groups.
Working Conditions/Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Work will be primarily indoors in an office environment. Schedule based on department needs.
