Chipton-Ross is seeking a highly skilled Program Planner/Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex program schedules, developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, and ensuring compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS.
- Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
- Conduct regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Experience with schedule and analytical tools such as Full Monte, SSI Risky Project.
- Prior experience in Program Planning and Controls and EVM on programs requiring government audit or earned value certified programs.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality of product deliverables.
- IPT lead experiences (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Materials, Finance, etc.).
- Experience working cross-functionally and ability to effectively communicate to accomplish strategic vision of Program Management Excellence Organization (PMEO).
- Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis).
- Experience with Project Server.
- Structured Solutions - SSI tools management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related analytical field.
- Associated Degree Engineering, Science, or related analytical field and 2+ years of project scheduling experience.
Full-Time
Monday-Thursday 08:00am-05:00pm
Alternating Fridays 08:00pm-04:00pm
