Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS.
  • Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
  • Conduct regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience with schedule and analytical tools such as Full Monte, SSI Risky Project.
  • Prior experience in Program Planning and Controls and EVM on programs requiring government audit or earned value certified programs.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality of product deliverables.
Desired Requirements
  • IPT lead experiences (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Materials, Finance, etc.).
  • Experience working cross-functionally and ability to effectively communicate to accomplish strategic vision of Program Management Excellence Organization (PMEO).
  • Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis).
  • Experience with Project Server.
  • Structured Solutions - SSI tools management.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related analytical field.
  • Associated Degree Engineering, Science, or related analytical field and 2+ years of project scheduling experience.
