Surveillance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Professional to join our team at Delta Downs Racetrack Casino Hotel. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations, and rules, while protecting company assets from illegal or questionable activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months' casino surveillance experience, a thorough knowledge of all table games and gaming functions, and excellent communication skills. You must also be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

• Observe, document, and report any variances to the company, internal controls, money handling activity, and state gaming regulations.
• Complete daily audits of department activity, duty logs, and cooperate with departments during investigations.
• Respond immediately to any activities that appear unusual or suspicious.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
