About the Role

As a Medical Imaging Team Lead at Advanced Radiology, a RadNet Affiliated Imaging Center, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century. Salary: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Salary (Estimated annual salary: $120,000)

Responsibilities
  • Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager regarding performance and quality of technologists.
  • Manage and provide coaching, training, support, and motivation to team members.
  • Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provide documentation to the Imaging Center Manager.
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
  • Contribute to hiring and performance evaluation of Nuclear Medicine Technologist employees.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT(R) and/or NMTCB certification.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
  • Venipuncture certification/permit.
  • BLS certification.
  • Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS systems.
  • Ability to maintain required quality standards.
