Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Citizens. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Promote and sell Citizens' banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements and policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and financial transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience processing transactions, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
