Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$39 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. In addition to a generous salary, you can expect:

  • Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 24 months
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1
  • Options for free health insurance
  • Student Loan Repayment Program: Receive an extra payment of up to $10,000 towards your principal balance
Job Summary

As a Certified Surgical Technician, you will assist surgeons during procedures, perform scrub duties, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of a Surgical Tech program and certification from a recognized national certifying organization (NBSTSA or NCCT)
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
Work Schedule and Call Time

This position requires:

  • Shifts starting at 7:15am, typically lasting 8 hours
  • Approximately every fourth/fifth weekend
  • Approximately every fourth/fifth holiday
  • Call time involvement: 1-2 nights per week
