Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Industrial Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be tasked with various welding duties to ensure the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex welding operations on a variety of metals and alloys to fabricate or repair products, materials, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and written instructions to perform welding tasks accurately.
  • Use a variety of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, and operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
  • Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating, distortion, or shrinkage.
  • Maintain and repair all welding equipment and machinery for optimal performance.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of all welding tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial welder or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques, and the ability to operate a wide range of welding equipment.
  • Exceptional skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
  • A strong understanding of metallurgy and the welding properties of a variety of metals and alloys.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in challenging conditions.
  • A valid welding certification from a recognized institution.
  • A strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace policies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
