About the Role

Culpeper Wellness Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Exercise Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness team, you will play a vital role in empowering our members to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to evaluate members' current health status and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop personalized exercise plans and rehabilitation programs tailored to each member's unique needs and aspirations.
  • Lead FitScripts sessions, guiding members through exercises and rehabilitation programs to enhance their well-being.
  • Oversee the entire wellness journey, ensuring continuity of care and adapting programs as members progress.
  • Engage with members through proactive communication, fostering a supportive relationship that motivates and encourages perseverance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for wellness and a commitment to empowering others to achieve their health goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
