Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lobby Ambassador to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for enhancing the service experience for our hotel guests by activating all outlet services within the lobby area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with hotel guests to provide exceptional service and ensure their needs are met.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation or reservations.
  • Provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
  • Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
