Job Title: Logistics Coordinator - Montrose Driver Dispatch

Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour

Xpress Natural Gas, LLC (ND) is a leading organization in the energy industry, and we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator - Montrose Driver Dispatcher to join our team.

Job Description:

The Logistics Coordinator - Montrose Driver Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of goods by coordinating logistics for drivers and monitoring routes. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and dispatch delivery drivers to core and utility customers.
  • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
  • Use radio, phone, or computer to send drivers and operation field employees to appropriate locations.
  • Monitor routes and status of drivers and equipment to prioritize schedules.
  • Communicate with Operations Command Center and management when delivery schedules are not on target.
  • Build sustainable relationships with logistics and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and listening skills, logistics/transportation/energy experience, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
