Job Description

As a Donation Assistant at Safe Harbor, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing donations, assisting customers, and working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the shop runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Receive and process donations, including cleaning and pricing items
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the shop runs smoothly
  • Participate in store events and projects

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
  • Experience working with the public and victims of domestic abuse preferred
