Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a generous match.
Job Responsibilities: As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional health status
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
• Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and empowerment
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
• At least 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in pediatrics or a related specialty
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
