Key Responsibilities:

  • Dishwashing and Sanitation: Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallware and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve the guests.
  • Floor Maintenance: Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant, ensuring that everything is clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Previous Experience in Food Service: Previous experience working in food service is essential, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to Lift 25 Pounds: The ability to lift 25 pounds or more is required, as well as the ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the dining area.
