Mercatalyst, the innovative creators behind various projects, is in search of exceptional Salesforce Development Engineers with a solid background in Salesforce to enhance our internal systems and infrastructure.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the software that supports a range of internal operations, including supply chain management, warehouse logistics, vendor coordination, customer service, and financial accounting. If you find this role intriguing rather than mundane, we would love to connect with you—provided you possess the skills of a top-tier developer.

Important Note: This position is not focused on Salesforce Administration. While familiarity with adding fields, modifying layouts, creating dashboards and reports, managing user permissions, and building approval workflows is beneficial, the core requirement is proficiency in coding. You will be expected to write code in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, etc.) as well as in other programming languages (such as Elm and Python).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a robust background in Computer Science.
  • Demonstrate software engineering experience beyond Salesforce technologies.
  • Have at least 1 year of Salesforce development experience.
  • Showcase experience with the Salesforce platform, AppExchange, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with ERP, Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management solutions is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science is essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a development role is required.
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce development experience is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, AppExchange, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL is crucial.
  • Experience with ERP, Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management products is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce is beneficial.
