About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Nexus MedPro Staffing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the licensed nurse supervisor.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
  • Name must appear on the NC State Registry as a Nurse Aide in good standing.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as a Nurse Aide in long-term care is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff.
  • Must be of legal age or older by the first day of work.
