We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mixology Expert to join our team at Mina Group. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through your expertise in spirits, wine, and beer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Beverage Service: Provide top-notch beverage service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and Implement Beverage Programs: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop innovative beverage programs that complement our menu offerings.
  • Train and Educate Team Members: Share your knowledge and expertise with our team members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional beverage service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that our bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Collaborate with our team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • 2-4 Years of Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume bar or restaurant.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Expansive Food and Beverage Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to make recommendations and educate guests.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift 40 pounds at a time.
