Job Summary:

St. Mary's General Hospital is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our nutrition services department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a sanitary environment, adhering to established food safety policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment.


Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.
  • County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
