What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional monitoring support to ensure every home is secure.
- Respond to various emergency and non-emergency camera events, engaging with customers directly or through email.
- Utilize critical thinking to assess situations, provide information, dispatch emergency services, or connect callers with appropriate contacts.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of calls and activities in our computer system.
- Review and annotate images promptly, ensuring tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail.
- Stay updated on company policy changes and training materials relevant to your role.
- Obtain and maintain multiple state regulatory licenses during training and renewal sessions.
What You'll Bring:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass state licensing background checks and monitoring exams.
- Preferred experience of 6 to 12 months in a monitoring role.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Capability to remain composed and provide reassurance during high-pressure emergency situations.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations and prioritize effectively.
- A solid work ethic and a commitment to contributing to our company’s objectives.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret safety rules and operational manuals.
- A proven record of reliable attendance and punctuality in a structured setting.
